The inspection includes: the exterior perimeter, any accessible decks and structures attached to the home, crawl spaces, basements, garages, roofs, attics and when necessary, the interior of the home.
We identify and take photos of all the rodent damage and entry points that we find. Then we provide a detailed report of the findings along with an estimate for any exclusion repairs, rodent removal, and sanitation that is required.

We make the necessary repairs to exclude rats, mice, and other rodents from entering your home or business. Our trained Exclusion Technicians make the necessary repairs following the detailed rodent report and diagram provided by the Rodent Inspector.
They carefully seal off all current and potential rodent entry points using rodent-proof materials such as galvanized steel screen, metal flashing, and concrete to keep rats and mice from re-entering your home.
